I started my CrossFit journeybackin 2019 and was so surprised at how motivated I was in the friendly and competitive group setting. What makes me the coach I am today is the community. I love bringing people together for a cause as beneficial as fitness.
My turning point was finally back squatting 300 lbs. Itreallyshined a light on how the hard work pays off. I never liked back squatting before CrossFit and getting to 300 lbs was not something I expected to achieve.
